§2H3.2.      Manufacturing, Distributing, Advertising, or Possessing an Eavesdropping Device

(a)       Base Offense Level: 6

(b)       Specific Offense Characteristic

                               (1)       If the offense was committed for pecuniary gain, increase by 3 levels.
